Called to the bar in 1984 in London, UK, Reginald graduated as a BA with Honours in politics and economics in 1981 at Newcastle University and gained a Diploma in Law at Westminster University the following year. A member of the Middle Temple, he has specialized in his London chambers at 4 King’s Bench Walk in immigration, UK human rights law, international law, white collar crime, extradition and commercial litigation. Since gaining a post-graduate degree at Queen Mary College, London, in 2009, he has further specialized in international commercial arbitration.

Reginald is a professional associate of the International Bar Association, the Royal Institute of International Affairs, Transparency International and the British Institute of International and Comparative Law.

After teaching at the tertiary level from 1982 to 1987 Kweku joined the Internal Revenue Service in 1988 rising to the rank of Chief Inspector of Taxes. Attended the Ghana school of Law (2003-2007) obtaining the professional law certificate (B.L) and was called to the Bar in 2007 Joined Heward-Mills & Associates in 2008 and is our Tax Consultant and Conveyancing Draftsman.
